Captain Harrigan is a tall, muscular man with skin the color of fertile earth. His head is shaved, and he keeps his long black beard twisted and waxed into a single lock bound with gold rings.

Bio:

Captain Harrigan has spent the last few years developing a fearsome reputation as captain of the Wormwood. He recently fell into the clutches of the Imperial Navy, but somehow he managed to escape and recover his ship.
